I have a demanding career that keeps me sitting in meetings or behind a computer for long hours, often in high heels and carrying a heavy laptop bag while walking around downtown Toronto. None of these are ideal for my health. I’ve been struggling with neck and back pain for quite some time and have seen multiple specialists, tried physiotherapy, and undergone massage therapy—unfortunately, some treatments only made things worse. On New Year's Eve, my pain became unbearable, severely limiting my mobility. Desperate for relief, I decided to look for a chiropractor. I found Dr. Garvey online and reached out through his website, hoping to book an appointment within the next few days. To my surprise, he personally called me back just a few hours later, listened to my concerns, and, out of sheer kindness, offered to see me the very next day—on January 1st, a public holiday! After just one adjustment, I could stand and move again. The second session improved things even further. I’m not saying he performs miracles, but he clearly knows what he’s doing. He’s not your typical chiropractor who simply cracks everything from head to toe. Instead, he carefully evaluates your condition and tailors his adjustments to what you actually need. His office isn’t your standard doctor’s clinic either—it has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and every time I visit, I notice new, interesting items in his collection (which, I admit, I love checking out—sorry, Dr.! Hope you don’t mind!). Dr. Garvey truly goes above and beyond to help his patients. He even found me an inversion table for my back, helped load it into my car, and gave me a free posture corrector. Thanks to his care, I’m now in a much better place—I was even able to go skiing with my little girl again! My next goal? Getting back to playing squash, and with his help, I know I’ll get there. Sometimes, all it takes is the right doctor, at the right time, in the right place, to bring you back to life.
Horrible experience! More pain than when I went in after a car accident. Was left with chronic neck pain after their treatments. Mt bill was negotiated down and settled with my attorneys office and now they are calling me and threatening to send me to collections for an additional $506 in ten days if I don’t pay. I am a senior citizen on Social Security with many health problems and I don’t need this harassment.The bill can stay forever in collections as far as I am concerned. I will be finding everywhere online I can post reviews for this place. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Stay far away from this place!
I have known Jamie decades ago and lost touch. Thankfully through mutual friends and family, I was informed that he was the best in the business. Being very active with my past im martial arts and now my daily training I was in a lot of discomfort with my back, hip, and Sciatica. Thank goodness I came in to see him as he has made me feel much more comfortable after only two session's. I am looking forward to continue seeing him on on a regularly basis. Most of all, I was impressed by the genuine hospitality; espresso, warm welcoming, and all the other patients arriving and going were so happy and friendly. I felt so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Doc. Garvey to all my friends and family.
Took my daughter to see Dr. Garvey when she was about a month old for her sleeping troubles and major acid reflux. After one treatment with him my daughter had no more reflux and that same night slept 8 hours. Thank you so much for your help. Highly recommend

Dr Garvey has given me the best chiropractic adjustments I've ever had... No exaggeration! I've been struggling with migraines and headaches over a number of months, and have been generally unwell for the last year, and I needed some help. Dr Garvey set up an emergency appointment for me, and gave me an adjustment that felt like he was adjusting a spine within my spine! It was fabulous, it felt as if he got right to the source of the problem, just like that! He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and he explains things wonderfully. My headaches are diminishing and I'm looking forward to ongoing improved health under his chiropractic care. What I appreciate most about Dr Garvey is his passion for what he does, and his genuine care for his patients and their well being.
