I saw Dr. Fong for 7 years and thought he was great and my treatment was going well. I started seeing another chiropractor 2 months ago, and he has corrected my issues more in 2 months than Dr. Fong did in 7 years. My new chiro does different techniques. Dr. Fong did the exact same adjustments on me for 7 years. I can’t believe I wasted that much time with someone who is on autopilot and not advancing his practice as time passes. The infection control practices are questionable - I’ve never seen any treatment tables cleaned. They are supposed to be cleaned after every patient. The office is also old and falling apart. This practice is archaic, don’t waste your time. Dr. Fong doesn’t care if his patients like him, as long as he’s doing his job. I question someone’s professional ability when he did so little for my symptoms over 7 years.
I have been a patient of Dr. Fong for a while now. I had a terrible backache and I searched for a good Chiropractor. After seeing amazing reviews I decided to visit Dr. Fong. That was a great decision. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He doesn't only treat the underlying issue that causes the pain, but also goes above and beyond to educate his patients. My boyfriend became one of Dr. Fong's patients after my recommendation. The staff is very professional too! Trudy(Dr. Fong's assistant) is also very kind and accommodating with our difficult schedules and she always finds time for us even if we are late to our appointments. I should also mention that, I have post nasal drip which causes chronic cough. I visited clinics and used various types of medications, nothing stopped it. Guess what? Dr. Fong treated my cough problem too! I truly recommend City Centre Chriopractic for those who seek for real help!
I've had pain in my arm and fingers for almost three months that has steadily gotten worse. My doctor just gave me medication and recommended surgery. A hand specialist claimed he could find nothing wrong. Massage seemed to only make it worse. My sisters suggested I try a Chiropractor and that is how I found Dr. Fong. I was anxious about it because I didn't want to be 'cracked' anywhere, however Dr. Fong was very kind and actually paid attention to my symptoms. He spent real time examining me and discerning the possible root cause of the pain and patiently explained all aspects of treatment to me. I am now in my fifth treatment with him (Sans the cracking part :-) ) and while my arm is not completely better I have noticed a significant difference in the pain and my fingers are no longer numb and stiff when I wake up. I enjoy the information emails and quizzes that are sent out and I was very impressed by the fact that Dr. Fong called me himself after my first treatment to see how I was doing. It shows that I am not just a nameless patient and that he actually cares about my health. Over all great service. Seen quickly when I arrive for my appointment, office is clean, cosy and comfortable, I especially like the cloud ceiling panels and the fish :-) Trudy of course is a Gem and the glue that holds everything together!
I hurt my shoulder when I fell on a hiking trip. I was referred to City Center Chiropractic and Massage and was very impressed with the office staff. I felt comfortable. The treatment /adjustments were beneficial and after a few sessions I felt better. I am continuing to see Dr. Fong for overall physical health and well-being. I am also using the services of the massage team, very professional and relaxing.
