Excellent experience with Dr. Kiran as well as other members of team. I wish I had gone to see Dr. Kiran years ago. I have been suffering with big toe pain due to bunion and I was unaware that prescription orthotics could relieve pain. Very professional. I highly recommend this clinic.
This review is based on the customer service, people answering the phone are very rude and lazy. When asked questions all they say is I DONT KNOW they wont follow up with the manufacturer all they say is wait for our call. Terrible customer service.
Visited Toronto for a holiday (I reside in London, England) and needed aid with lower back pain sustained from an injury. The experience at the clinic was positively unique and forever embedded in my memory. It was such a delight to experience a friendly high level of service, smiles and care. The front desk staff are polite and Dr Peever quickly diagnosed and helped alleviate my hindering pain. With honesty and after-care tips, I was able to enjoy the remaining days and travel back home. Thanks to the whole team at Erin Mills Optimum Health.
5 stars for Doctor Almon. She is a miracle worker and is so knowledgeable. She has helped me tremendously. I would definetly recommend her for anyone seeking naturopathic services. Unfortunately, With regards to the clinic, the supplements sold are more expensive than healthy planet or other supplement stores some as much as $10 dollars for one supplement. If you’re buying multiple supplements this adds up. Also, they were enforcing mask mandates when they were removed by the province. Quite disappointing considering the clinic is an alternative medicine clinic.

Excellent place to get chiropractor work done. This is one of the best places in town. I have been going here for 5 years straight and have no complaints, all the Doctors and staff are friendly and are always ready to help with a large smile :). I am happy I came here for chiropractor work since you can't trust many of them to know what they are doing. Seriously recommend this clinic if you need some work done or just need a check up/advice.
