My wife and I and Son went to this place today. With no appointment they took us in and we found what we were looking for, was great service. We found that they had a great selection.
The lady at this store is amazing. The dresses are beautiful and Reasonably price .She helped us find the perfect dress. Thank you so much for helping natalia find her perfect first communion dress. We definitely found our go to place for all our events
The only reason I’m giving this store a 2 star is for the collection and colours of dresses they carry. The Asian employee there has absolute no sense of customer service. Not even a smile on her face to greet the customer. Initially we thought it was just towards us but there was another customer who entered the store who was treated the same. I’m the person who would have walked away seeing that attitude but we needed the dress for the occasion hence went ahead and bought the dress. I would not return!
I did not realize how bad racism was in the GTA until I went to this store. I had to wait outside with 3 little kids because the store had to much people. 7 people left, 4 white people were allowed to enter. Then 5 more people left and I was told I still had to wait outside until the store was empty. However the white people before my black family was allowed no problem when the store had other customers shopping. The owner then told me I had to wait for the 2 white ladies and their kids leave before my family could enter. I asked her why and she said that there was to many people in the store. When I was finally allowed to enter the store, it was empty. I asked the owner why was it ok for the white women to enter when the store was full but my black family had to wait for the store to be empty to enter. Thats when we where told to leave. There is no reason other than we were BLACK. We had to wait while it was ok for others to enter. Then the lady said it was Covid to cover up her racism and try to justify her actions.
****BUYERS BEWARE****** I have to say when I first walked into the store it was fabulous great selection decently priced staff was helpful but if they are not carrying the item in-store they're not very diligent on making sure that their charges on your receipt are correct. two weeks after the purchase of the dress the store had the audacity to call me and tell me that they no longer we're giving me free shipping and that I had to e-transfer money in order to get my clothing for my daughter when I stated that I didn't think I should have to e-transfer due to her error. She then told me well I can just sell the dress don't worry you're just getting a refund. She even said a credit card over the phone wouldn't be acceptable for payment... WHAT? I've never dealt with someone so ignorant and unprofessional especially when it comes to small children and them looking their best I would expect a better attitude and more flexibility when they make mistakes when you make a mistake you need to learn to own it I have 3 more weddings this year and you can guarantee that the dresses that I purchase for the flower girl will not be purchased at this establishment due to the ignorance and and lack of professionalism by the female working there
Great selection, prices, and customer service. Purchased my daughter first Holy Communion dress and accessories, in addition to my sons sharp suite today...Thanks for your help!
Called to make appointment girl on the phone very rude and not helpful this store just missed out on 2 boys suits and 5 flower girl dresses, will try elsewhere
