He was slightly cheaper to install a bluetooth car radio so we chose him. The deck worked for a couple days then people could not hear me speaking during conversations. I went back to him - he said I have a bad microphone. So I got a replacement from Pioneer, but he repeatedly did not answer his phone to install it, so I hired someone else. They removed & showed me the microphone that was installed - there were several cuts to the wire because he shoved it into the paneling rather than removing the panels and installing it correctly. So the new microphone was installed and it worked perfectly. I was quite surprised bc he seemed knowledgeable - pretty lazy work, not to mention a complete waste of my time.
Opened up my radio din to check why everything is wobbling to see this guys low quality work. Not bolted right, excessive glue everywhere. My performance mechanic was shocked that this was done by some1 who does this for a living. It's disappointing because i was just about to bring my daily for an aftermarket radio done by this guy, but i would rather go somewhere a bit pricey but will do a good job. He's a great guy and all so im not sure why he didnt do a cleaner job so i dont have to pay some1 again to fix the problems he created.
Home stereo repair. Passed over to contact to complete job. Promised to diagnose for free let me know of cost before fixing. No call for 2 months. Called in to find out repair complete owe $80. I could not afford Tai said pay him $60. I picked up stereo, fabric on speaker damage yet functions after second attempt Tai said he did not make any money, just hooked me up. Very bad behaviour with customer. Turns out after Tai seeing my review, commented that I am a cheap customer. Very unprofessional, low demeanor, unethical way of communicating with the consumers who turned to a so called 'electrician'. The qualifications and educational experience is in question of this owner Tai. I hope other consumers will not be mistreated as I once experienced. Unfortunately the speakers are still damaged, have not been fixed or directed anywhere to fix by Tai. His concern was take money, however he can in times of his desperation, with very poor service and customer relations.
Thanks Tai! Had my Dashcam installed recently. Excellent job, all wires hidden. Audio Automation installed my first Mobile Phone (Mitsubushi Diamondtel) in 1988 (the wires were hidden back then). The same Tai did the install.
Shout out for bringing my car and one of the workers telling me the truth about what’s wrong. They took time out of their day to inspected my issue. They didn’t even charge me. Customer service is very high here, I recommend greatly.
100% Recommended. Tai is the guy to look for, he does amazing work. I initially came in to see if Tai could fix my sound system that was messed up. He offered a really great price and seemed very knowledgeable of what he was doing, compared to the other guys in the area. I ended up having him install a sub, amp, cap, head unit, wires, etc. The turn around was extremely quick and it was professionally done. No complaints whatsoever. A week later I asked if he could install some aftermarket gauges for my 05 Mustang GT. Again, he was knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. It took some work to have them installed and he dedicated his time to getting it done. I dropped my car off in the morning and got it back by the afternoon. - Very quick turnaround time. My buddy also installed some LEDs in his Subaru and called around. I referred him to Tai who was able to offer the quickest time and cheapest price. Regardless of the cheap price, Tai does not cut corners and does everything right. If there's extra work involved, he'll be upfront and call you first. If you need anything done to your car, call Tai first.
