Car looked good in their parking lot. But, when I got home I noticed that the windshield on the inside was only slightly wiped down on the driver's side and the rims looked like they were never touched. The guy was bragging how good of a job he did. I was 100% disappointed and will NEVER go back there or recommend to anyone else. For the cost!
Incredibly rude. Asked for his pricing, told me he couldn't do it today, that's fine, still wanted to know his pricing for a later date. Couldn't even hold a 1 minute conversation with me and hung up.
I brought my car into Car Care Extraordinaire, Streetville this morning. From the smiling friendly young lady who greeted me at the front desk as she took all my information. On my return to pick up my car. The young man who was in charge of cleaning my car greeted me. He directed me to their reception area where I paid my invoice but also had a wonderful conversation with the gentleman behind the reception desk. Such professionalism but so friendly too. When I entered my car. I was beyond pleased, it was a brand new car again for me. From the protective covering on my front seat, to the protective sheet placed on the floor, but such a fabulous surprise to smell the lovely air freshener that had been placed on my rear view mirror. Disappointed about a higher quote for the car. Claimed seats needed extra work. Why not tell me when I dropped off the car? My suggestion was to split the bill. No compromise. I'd had just dropped off my wife's car and spent over $200 the day before.

Had an amazing experience, Andrew and another young associate of his took care of my car as if it was their own, and at a more than reasonable price. Having a young kid, I'll admit it was in a terrible condition. It now looks and feels nearly brand new from the inside. I just wouldn't go any other place.
