I had my 2024 grand Highlander detailed in and out and I’m extremely happy with the results. After driving it through the winter the inside had tons of salt stains on the mats and they were able to make them look brand new again. I also transport my large husky in the car and he leaves a ton of fur behind. They were able to remove each piece of fur and left no trace in sight. They meticulously cleaned the exterior and restored it back to the show room shine. The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family any day!

Ah! My return to The Auto Spa on Laird! I used to go to "The Auto Spa" before, I had moved away from the area and haven't been in a while. This time around I had purchased a used Lexus and I knew immediately that I NEEDED to go the The Auto Spa on Laird to get the car the way I wanted it and the way I knew that only one shop could make it. Todd's character, the expertise and know how was exactly the same as before. I write this review because the way I felt when I picked up my car. It looked beautiful and that is what I came for! Todd has great attention to detail. Often extras are provided such as a quick vacuum when none was requested. His support for the Oakville food bank through his Haunted House food drive is commendable. P.S. I don’t give out 5 star reviews.
Todd you’re truly super talented and I’m so grateful to be the recipient of your skills and talents over the 25+ years that I’ve known you. I’ve come to you with some crazy car issues and you’ve fixed every one of them and my vehicles looked like brand new when you were done. You’re tops in the business and it shows in your outstanding workmanship. What I appreciate most, is that you’ve always made time for me, even when you were busy and I showed up unannounced. That’s excellent customer service. You will always have my business, as you’ve earned my trust and respect.
My daughter decided to help daddy by shoveling snow off my hood with a metal shovel and draw some pictures with a key all along the side. There was also a lot of paint overspray from spray painting a fence too. Needless to say the car looks better than when I bought it in 2018 now. On top of that, their lobby and waiting area is super comfortable with high quality couches, coffee, water, more awards than can fit on the wall. I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. The overall experience, including people, environment and quality is what is important to me and this place exceeds it.
