If you are a serious car, buyer do not deal with these people. They are jokers, and some of the most unprofessional people you will ever come across. One of the other reviews said that the people never properly followed up, which was my experience exactly. If you know anything about sales, you don’t let a hot prospect get away by not answering any of their texts or phone calls. These people just don’t care they give every one of these small operations a bad name. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I purchased a 2020 Rav 4 from Kar Auto Sales about 2 months ago and I'm very happy with my experience. I first reached out online to speak about my budget and wants for a vehicle and Anthony helped me find me exactly what I was looking for. Their selection of vehicles is very impressive and I really appreciated the variety that they had to offer. The dealership was very clean and well organized, and the staff is very friendly and well accommodating. Anthony was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and very transparent which made the whole process very stress free, (which usually isn’t the case) with car dealers. Since my purchase, the vehicle has treated me amazing, throughout the safety process of the vehicle I was updated with everything that was done, and have had a great experience from start to finish!
I purchased my 2022 Kia Carnival and picked it up on August 8th. By September 22nd—barely six weeks later—the van had already broken down. During the purchasing process, both Anthony and Greg emphasized that if anything went wrong, even after 30 days, I should reach out and they would be happy to help. However, when my van died while I was in Caledon on September 22nd, I immediately called and was told they could not and would not assist me. I had to arrange for the van to be towed to a local mechanic, who was shocked it had even passed a safety inspection. The starter was leaking and had killed the battery, and there were several other issues that would cost approximately $2,000 to repair. Even more alarming, the brake pads were only 20% remaining—just 2mm thick. For context, brake pads start at 10mm and are considered unsafe and illegal at 1.6mm. Driving a vehicle in that condition was dangerous. I am visibly pregnant and often have my two small children with me—something both Anthony and Greg were aware of. When I called again to express my concern, I was told that the brakes were “technically legal,” and therefore not their problem. My attempts to resolve this politely were met with unreturned calls, vague promises that someone would “get back to me,” and repeated dismissals that it wasn’t their responsibility. What could have been handled with a bit of integrity and care has instead left me feeling deeply disappointed and unsafe. At this point, I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have it inspected by a trusted third party before finalizing the sale. My experience has shown a complete lack of accountability and regard for customer safety.
