I own a 2023 QX60 Autograph edition and absolutely love it. Its silent, smooth and very nimble. Its powerful for all ups and downs of the road and is fun to drive. Highly recommend it if you love driving. I am very happy with the gas mileage especially on the freeway.
DO NOT buy any infiniti vehicles my brand new QX80 has been beoken since day one and they can’t fix it. They will not compensate their customers in any way and the customer care agent hung up on me in the middle of the call. If they tell you they’ll call back it’s never happening. They’ll just drag it for a long time and mysteriously non of the people working on your case are available ever. Keep in mind this is a 120,000 dollars car. You’d expect they treat you well at least.
This review is with regard to Rallye Infiniti in Moncton, NB. I want Infiniti to be aware of this as I have completed several (very negative) surveys and in spite of saying I would like someone to contact me, I have never been contacted: If I could describe this dealer in one word it would be dishonest and if I could give zero stars I would. While the sales team seemed awesome, the key word is "seemed". The issues started days after the deal was signed - turns out they 'lost' their right to have plates installed for delivery. Odd - something I have never seen in my experience with a new car dealer. Now today - at another Infiniti dealer I have my service done at because I would not trust these guys with my QX60 let alone my lawn tractor - I find out the 'service package' this dealer told me I have is done. This was news to me there was a very tight limit. If I didn't have the ability to go to another dealer for service, I would never buy another Infiniti. I love my QX60 but if this is your option for sales and service avoid at all cost. They sell a more luxury product but act like a used car dealer trying to move refurbished cars that have been totaled and being sold as "Like new". I have no faith I will hear back on this dealer nor Infiniti but thought others should know.
I recently needed to have a repair of my QX80 while visiting the U.S. There were complications as to the warranty repair which I paid for in the U.S. Upon returning to Canada and contacting Infiniti Canada all my issues were resolved, expediently and professionally, to my satisfaction. Infiniti Canada and specifically, Michee, were a pleasure to deal with.
I purchased a QX60 from Markham Infiniti. I was in the car business for 25 years and the experience I had was exactly the way I would want my sales team to service a customer. I dealt with Sert and he was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
I had a very bad experience with my Infiniti QX50 2020. I got an engine check light on within 3 months. Exact same issue with my previous infiniti Q50 2016 as well. Keep going to Infiniti dealer to fix it but still the problem is not resolved. Do not buy Infiniti ever. I made a huge mistake. They are taking huge monthly lease payment but no quality in Infiniti cars.
I have had nothing but fantastic service from Infiniti. Have owned two and they will always be on my shopping list going forward. The dealership experience has been exceptional, by far the best of any car Ive owned. My dealings with Infiniti Financial were handled professionally with quick, courteous service. Love this brand
