Lol you lost a customer for sure. This time I will just use all my points and call it a day. I always ordered a head over the phone because sometimes I took uber to go there. It was never a problem till now and even tho the lady is very rude. Very disappointed. I guess there is another dispensary just over at the corner. Was told products were available, but not on website. Went to order for delivery. They said some products are not available online. Found a product I liked. They lied to me about delivery time. I will never come back to this store. I've been a loyal customer since you opened. Shame on the staff in the store, July 30th. At 8 o'clock at night. Before tonight, i've had the best experiences, but whoever was on tonight failed your business
What I love most about The Woods is that their customer service is top-notch. It isn't often that you find kind, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate budtenders. They've always corrected an issue I've had, without giving me grief. They offer a wide selection of CBD and high quality cannabis products too. This is why I am a returning and loyal customer. I went there asking for indica they gave me sativa instead! They even have it wrong on there website. They clearly don’t know what they’re selling. When I went back to the store the stuff was like unfortunately we can’t help you even though she admitted they’re wrong. Great way to run business scamming people
