I called to see if they can meet me at the door to purchase a product because I have a child and they refused even after telling them that I’ll be outside of the door and they don’t need to leave the store , couldn’t even be considerate to help a customer out , the only reason I called this place is because it’s close to me but I’m expanding my options
William is such a gem! Always so helpful and patient, and you can tell he really knows his stuff. His quick jokes and good energy always brightens my day. He makes the whole experience feel so easy and fun!
These guys are awesome. Anyone going in expecting the budtenders to know everything about every product is Ludicrous. You all have Google at your fingertips, don't be lazy!!
Got recommended a pre roll by Miisha on Saturday and it gave me a really nice high. I love that she gave me a straight up answer instead of trying to sell me something just to make a sale. Super honest and helpful. I would definitely trust her recommendation again.

A great place to patronise if you want to get TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. My first clue that something was wrong was the utter cluelessness of the so-called bud tender. Fine. I've purchased enough cannabis flower over the years to navigate a menu. Except that when I got it home, it turned out to be a sawdust 1/8. Totally unsmokeable. Of course, bringing it back to the store brought me no recourse. Absolutely no excuses! All they need to do is stop being a bunch of burnouts and institute some INVENTORY CONTROL and BS like this won't happen. But first they have to give a damn about their customers, which they obviously don't.
I just visited this place today. I saw the girl on the counter was too rude with me I recommend everybody not to visit this place such a bad experience
