Lady on the phone is really nice, but the man in person sucks. I don’t know if there was something on my face or something that I really tried to keep my attitude up while talking to him and he made me wanna take my business elsewhere.
Horrible customer service from the older guy. Just mumbling I don’t even think he wants to sell to anyone. Maybe you guys shouldn’t put him on customer service if his goal looks to be making everyone’s night worse
Found this place because we are driving through the town on our road trip. We called in and the lady we were talking She was very nice. We told her what we wanted ahead of time and we told her our story and she loved it. When we got there, we are confronted by an older man who just grunts know when I asked him if he had the flavour I was looking for and then I asked if he had the whole brand in general he goes yeah and then I asked him the price and it was like pulling teeth with this dude. Just because he is miserable does not give him the right to project his miserable attitude on us for the night. DO NOT GO HERE IT WILL RUIN YOUR HIGH
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called Sacred Grass with a basic question about strains and terpene profiles which is literally their job. The employee immediately had an attitude and said “come on man I’m busy” instead of doing his job or politely saying he could not help. When I called out the attitude he told me to shop somewhere else and suggested I should pay more elsewhere. That level of disrespect toward a paying customer is shocking. If asking basic product questions annoys your staff this much you should not be running a dispensary or answering the phone at all. There are plenty of cannabis shops with knowledgeable staff who actually care. Avoid this place.
Called to ask a question about a strain and to confirm package date, buddy on the phone gave me the worst attitude ever. Responds by saying "theyre both new man". I politely asked him again to confirm the actual date and gives a big sigh. Clearly intoxicated out of his mind. Wish I could give this experience no stars. This is how businesses lose customers in a saturated market. Good luck guys!
This is by far the best place to shop. The prices are excellent, the selection is extensive, and the team is consistently knowledgeable and helpful, always a great experience??
Clean private location, friendly service. Only recommendation is, if I didnt already know what I wanted from the website, I'd be pretty lost on the menu update: double 5 star review. Went in to get something for a birthday, got great service picking something out and even a gift bag. Love this place.
