I like this little shop. Small enough to get what you want and out of there. Pretty good selection most of the time. Prices are better than other cannabis shops. There membership system really works. We ended up saving 15% on our order. ***pet friendly alert *** Our doggie actually thinks he’s going to visit friends in this store. The staff are amazing with Zeus and even had water for him. AND snacks for us! Great little shop
Just wanted to write about my experience on the 26th approximately 10:30 p.m. when Meg was the tender. Couldn't sleep so I went in there cuz I'm a regular customer and I purchased a pack of zig zags and one pre-roll of Hawaiian marker. Everything was good I walked outside opened the pre-roll container and there was nothing in it I immediately went back in in shock, and made me aware of this laughing to myself as I've never experienced this there was a seal on it it wasn't broken but wasn't stuck on proper so looks like it was tampered with. The response I got from Meg was " this happens all the time that is unfortunate there's nothing I can do can you replace it with one that has something in it she said she shook it which I didn't see her do obviously because this happens a lot as I was told, She right away is acusing me that I took the joint out and went back in to try and get another Which is rather petty in my mind as I spend a lot more money there on a regular. So basically I gave the money and got nothing in return and was told too bad and she totally ignored me and was quite rude basically. Was I mad? Most definitely not at the start but after some rude remarks and the and the attitude she was giving yes of course I was pissed I asked to speak to a manager or can you document this take my information and she had no participation in that she dealt with other customers. I forced her to leave me a number And someone to talk to she just wrote a number with a marker on a piece of paper that was it. So I basically got nothing and gave them my money for free call, I did return the papers because why would I want to give them more of my money I got my refund for that but I was told basically too bad. I will be going to the store today to speak with someone if this is happening all the time which she stated why are they not advising the customers to open it in front of them really rude experience and I definitely will not be going back. You are very unprofessional Meg and lackk the skills immensely when it come to dealing with customers. If you're aware this is happening maybe you should make the customers open the package prior to leaving very disrespectful service and unprofessional I don't recommend anybody go to this location
Been coming here for a while, but yesterday evening was ridiculous. I walked in completely fine, just to buy like usual, and the lady tells me she can’t sell because I “look high.” Seriously? I wasn’t — I came to smoke, not already baked. Sent my friend in right after — he was actually high — and she sold to him no problem. We smoked right outside. ? Meanwhile, I’ve seen actual addicts go in and out of this place every time I visit, and they get served no questions asked. But a working guy trying to chill on his day off gets treated like a problem? To the owner: if you're serious about running a legit business, maybe teach your staff to drop the attitude and treat people equally. You just lost a regular customer for no reason.
the staff don't know anything about weed and they have handed me a different product than what I ordered more than once. To me it is actually unfathomable to be bad at such an easy job
How are you? I have been shopping at this pops cannabis for approximately 2 to 3 months now today on April 22, 2025. I purchased a three pack .5 pre-rolls rockstar from pistol in Paris two joints. I literally lifted them upside down and all the weed fell out. It was the worst ruling job I have ever seen in my life as well. I find their black market. Weed is more expensive a few dollars more than other dispensaries, but yet their flower is so dry. I have never been satisfied there. I must have purchased a black market flower approximately 5 to 8 times and never have been satisfied. I will no longer shop at Pop cannabis anymore. I don’t believe these other reviews I speak the truth horrible dispensary.
The guy in the evening was very rude. He was in so rush and didn’t let me pick the product properly. Ended up giving me something wrong and then said he can’t take it back. Worst mistake of mine to go at this place. I went back in 2 minutes to change it and he said he wont.
Mike and Jose were awesome tonight—super helpful and friendly, just like every time I shop here. They really know their stuff, and Mike especially blew me away with his knowledge of how the products are manufactured and consumed.
