The staff here are the absolute best. Andy knew my phone number by heart and Kayla always cheers me up with her award winning smile. The staff always take the time to help me find exactly what I’m looking for. My only complaint is I’m very disappointed that gift cards have been removed from the points program. Keep up the great work!!!
I recently visited this location after being told I would receive 10% off my next purchase if I donated a coat for their coat drive. I brought in a coat as promised, but when I went to pay, the manager refused to apply the discount because my purchase was on sale. At no point was I told there were restrictions on the discount, and the salesperson who informed me about the promotion never mentioned that it only applied to regular-priced items. To make matters worse, the manager couldn’t point to any signage or terms posted in the store that specified this condition. If there are restrictions for a promotion, they should be clearly communicated upfront—verbally and in writing. Instead, I was misled and left feeling like my time and effort were wasted. I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere. Transparency and honesty are essential, and this store failed miserably on both counts.
Best place to buy what you want to smoke, but the best part is the treatment of the employers are very nice professional and quick. I can Complain All the Time they have what I want
The guy with the painted nails don’t know his name, but he was very rude and was power tripping interrupting my conversation with another bud tender when he had no reason to get involved.. paying top dollar for the product least we can get is some good service which was the case with everyone there except the guy with a pony tail and painted nails.
Bonnie, Aidan, Chay, Kayla and the rest of the team are all very friendly and have amazing customer service. Every time I go here there is high energy and positivity. Great experience everytime I visit. ❤
