Been purchasing here since this opened, recently service has gone down the drain, had a Debunk cart leaked didn't do anything to help but give me debunks emails address who btw dont give a shit. And today sunday website show sunday discount and doesnt refresh thee prices way after 10am, that is FALSE advertisement, sale just says "sale" not early bird not nothing. Im never returning back
I placed an order online and drove 50 mins to pick up just for them to tell me it was not available. This happened to me multiple times, these guys are scammers, avoid it at all costs. They post low cost just for customer to place online orders and come to the store.
I have been shopping here since open and more recently this has become my go to store. Why? At the end of the day, everyone is selling the same products in the same way. They are competitively priced, one of the best in the GTA. The service has been good. I was given a 510 instead of a concentrate product (same brand, same product, different form) and it was appropriately dealt with. I appreciate the discount promotions. Staff have always been courteous and friendly. Sure, they might raise prices when they drive competition out, but there's always more competition. Until then...

The lady at the front was super friendly and helpful! Cost Cannabis has the best prices I’ve seen in the Toronto / Mississauga area and I will definitely come back soon!
I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they will be open. Many times I come to find a note on the door saying "be back soon" or one time they said they lost the keys so they couldn't open the store. Very annoying going there to find it closed during business hours.
I haven't checked to see if it's actually cheaper. But I'm 99% sure it is. Brenda was friendly, kind, and very professional. They had exactly what I wanted. Good signage and easy to find entrance.
