The worst customer service I have ever experienced from one of the employees he was very rude and unprofessional i will not be coming back to this location
Honestly, this location needs better customer service and better employees. The girl that was helping me out could not answer any of the questions I asked about products let alone recommend anything close to what I was looking for. She then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t even smoke or use cannabis products. In my eyes this is considered unprofessional. You should know what you’re selling and how to upsell, and to be honest as an employee you should not be telling people you don’t use the products you are selling.
Vishwas helped me out w my transaction and was straight forwards and amazing customer service I’ll gladly recommend him for any good recommendations for weeds
Please consume responsibility. Know your limits. If you get a headache it probably means you went over your limit. I try to stick to 10mg thc on Fridays and sometimes Tuesdays as well. If you consume too much you’ll build tolerance, which means brain rewiring and more consumption needed to get the same high. At one point I had been consuming too much and I would get panic attacks that last about 1-2 seconds. That was one of my cues to tone it down. My favorite joint is the MXG cream soda zero/orange soda zero. I wish they had more zero sugar options. The options are otherwise plentiful for everyone else. Their selection is huge. They have consumables as well as accessories (argueably also consumable but you know what I mean). I prefer edibles/drinkables over smokables as those don’t hurt your lungs. Prices are good relative to other places. I feel like the Elite programming though might be a bit of a cash grab. Not sure. They introduced elite and then they raised prices. But this is how things are under capitalism anyway. Prices only increase. I know Vishwas, Ewan and the urdu-speaking lady here. I have conversations with them whenever I’m there. The last conversation I remember with Vishwas was about how an upper management lady came and cleaned up the shelves and got rid of the elite products display. Vishwas is the individual I converse with the most. He told me about how the manager cleaned up the backroom which was a mess. The last conversation I remember with Ewan was about a brain-dead individual who parked his car in the handicap parking spot right outside the store when all other spots were empty. I also remember about him telling me about how he was named after a Star Wars character. The last conversation I remember with the Urdu speaking lady was about 21 Jump Street. The manager had put a cardboard cut out of one of the characters and it made me curious.
