This place is a gem! It is exactly what a dispensary experience should be. The staff here are amazing. The store has an incredible selection for sure, but its the product knowledge and excellent customer service from employees like Eric that keep me coming back. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are never rushed or pressured and leave feeling happy. His welcoming demeanor, and thoughtful recommendations have been spot on! I didn't get the best customer service when I was there this evening. Not sure if the employee just was having an off day, but I felt very rushed. So I stepped aside to go on the website because I wasn't getting any help in finding what I wanted. I found what i wanted and the person got it but just not great customer service at all.
The staff at buzzed buds always does their best and will go the extra mile to leave you satisfied. Cat - the peak of bud tenders, encyclopedic level of knowledge and warm personality. Kyon - the chillest bud tender around with great hands on experience with a variety of strains. Selina - Incredibly friendly, fun and artistic with a great understanding of the inventory. Eric - Amazing product knowledge with incredible depth, never had a bad interaction.
come in here pretty often. The dude with the red beard usually helps me. He's super friendly, funny, knows his products. Love coming in here, he always has good suggestions for something new to try. Very welcoming atmosphere, consistently a good experience. Definitely recommend
The service at this location is purely beautiful. Greeted with a smile and knowledgeable info. Showed compassion for my mother's illness and facilitated all my rush meeds to get my mom medicine to fight lymphoma. You think that's awesome, they ran out and are rushing the order. Then, later that day I get a call back as to where it can be found in Toronto right now until my order comes in. BRAVO! TRUE PRINCIPLES OF HUMANITY HERE!
Kyon was excellent and took care of me during my visit. It would be great if there was a loyalty system beyond what is available now. Perhaps extra perks or services for those who qualify for spending a certain amount a month or a year.
