I ordered the Fujifilm X100VI in March after cancelling a preorder from London Drugs. This camera is experiencing a supply shortage from high demand so I thought it would be better to order from an independent supplier and be on a shorter waiting list. I’m so glad I did as Jeff kept me well informed over the last few months while waiting for the camera to arrive. I always received prompt and friendly responses to emails, and once the camera arrived he even upgraded to express shipping. It’s not easy for retailers to manage their customers expectations when Fujifilm are only sending out a few units per month. Five star service to Photocreative!
I recently purchased a Leica Q3 from Jeff at Photocreative, and it was an exceptional experience. This is what all camera stores should aspire to be like, offering personalized service without any pressure. Jeff took the time to provide detailed information and answer all my questions patiently. His expertise as a professional photographer with deep knowledge of the equipment was evident throughout our interaction. This was my first time shopping at Photocreative, but it certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of camera gear or advice.
I dealt with Jeff first time, and was really impressed. He came through a camera which was difficult to find anywhere else. The store is small but a little gem in Mississauga area. It’s a must see place and you need anything photography related, let it be Fuji, Leica, Nikon, contact Jeff.
The process of purchasing high end photography gear is a daunting task and moreso for vintage film gear. I can’t speak more highly of the entire process with Jeff at Photo Creative. From the first phone call, to an in person meeting with my wife, Jeff ensured that he understood what my objectives were, constraints and provided his opinions in a photographer-first perspective without any pressure or up-sell that I have experienced elsewhere. My wife also appreciated being involved in the purchase process and not just a bystander. After providing quotes for the gear Jeff managed to find the original boxes and documents which would also normally fetch a premium but stood by his first quote which was already very competitive. Suffice to say that he’s earned my trust and my business and I look forward to working with him for my digital camera needs in the future.
Dealing with Jeff has been a wonderful experience. He gets to know his clients and knows who I am (including my name), my photographic interests and is therefore able to offer thoughtful guidance. Although it's a two hour drive from my home, the trip is well worth the effort.
Had a conversation with Jeff today morning. Asked me to call in 15 mins to be able to answer my questions. Needed info on a purchase. Called back and he provided honest, genuine and excellent advise on my planned purchase even though he knew I would not be buying from him(does not carry that product). Genuinely felt like talking to a friend who was good with photography stuff, someone you could turn to, to be pointed in the right direction. In this day and age such genuine business people are rare. Really a rare find, this business and Jeff too!
