Fujifilm’s customer service blew me away! Ravneet went out of their way to help me replace a discontinued product and had it shipped to me so quickly. Great communication and care — very impressed!

I initially called Fujifilm’s customer service line to ask about my new Instax Wide Evo Hybrid camera, as it was not connecting to Bluetooth even after I tried troubleshooting it. After the call, they sent me an email with detailed instructions on how and where to ship my camera along with the warranty. Once I shipped the camera, I started corresponding with Ravneet via email for updates regarding the repair. Ravneet was very responsive and answered all my inquiries promptly, which I truly appreciated! After finding out that a chip in the camera was damaged, Fujifilm kindly replaced it with a brand-new unit the replacement arrived within just a few days and worked perfectly. They even offered to send me a pack of films since my first camera still had some left when I shipped it back Ravneet was amazing throughout all our interactions! Really friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I’ve been a loyal Fujifilm customer for years, and this excellent customer service experience has made me appreciate the brand even more!! I’m genuinely grateful for all your help and assistance!!

This past May, I drove over half an hour to Fujifilm's main service location as I was unable to find an Instax Mini 12 repair location near my home. Ravneet was with me within a minute and looked at my camera for several minutes. Unfortunately, the camera wasn't repairable, but she exchanged it for another Instax Mini 12 that very day, knowing I came from far away. She was very friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend the services of her and her team!

I brought my camera in because it had stopped working, and I’m truly impressed with the service I received from the Camera Services Support team—especially Ravneet and Diego. Communication was efficient and clear, and within a week, I was sent a brand new camera. Email responses were fast and helpful. Lovely service all around—thank you so much!

I ordered 2 canvas' & my order confirmation email stated that I would receive an email or text when they shipped. When 8 days passed with zero communication, i signed in to my account to find out that they had been shipped & had at this point been sitting on my doorstep in an absolute downpour. On opening the pkg I found the canvases undamaged but the canvas wrap was substandard. I contacted the company & was asked to send pictures. Their quality assurance team said that what I received "exceeded their expectations". One of the 2 canvases can not sit flush against the wall because of the excess, unsecured fabric on the back. I have other canvases in my home, made by 2 of their competitors & can definitely see a HUGE difference in quality of workmanship. I will not purchase from fuji again.

I noticed a strange issue with one of my Fuji Batteries which I've never seen before. I rely on my Cameras and especially the multiple batteries I've purchased for my professional work on a daily basis. There were strange cracks on one of my batteries and when I had written in to report it, I got response via email very quickly, submitted a few photos and Fuji immediately sent me a new one. I received it today and it's only been 1 week since I reported it. I'm very pleased with the level of customer service and have been extremely happy with both my XT3s for professional and personal work. Thank you so much Fujifilm!

I sent my Instax 70mini in for repair, it had some problems when I got it. They told me the repair time would be 15 business days. But they haven't send my camera back after a month waiting, I emailed them what was going on and they hadn't even replied to me. and finally I called the customer service, and he said "this product is a special limited version, and they can't find a part" ok, then they had to tell me that earlier, they had to sent me an email before I sent them an email and called them. Bad customer service. No apology was made during the phone call either. I'm still waiting for my camera back. And they don't even reimburse me for the shipping fee, even though it was their product that had defects.

    We are sorry to hear of your issue. The particular colour of your model is no longer available and we have since been in contact with you to work to resolve this issue and hope it will be resolved to your satisfaction. We do not reimburse for shipping fees, our warranty states shipping to our service facility is not covered.
