Metro Doors went above and beyond in helping me out today. Several doors required drilling for hinges in order to complete a project on time. I called. With no hesitation, they said bring them in. They did the job while we waited. Metro Doors stepped up and helped me out when I needed it. A real team player. I would highly recommend them. There are still good people in the world. Thank you Metro Doors!!!
Unfortunately you get what you pay for, quality control does not exist with this company. Chips on the backs, black marks and Glue residue. They say they can do something and you pay upfront and then once they have your money they can't do what they said they could. Disappointing.

This company has excellent people, they excellent in everything customer service, manufacturing, attitude. I am so glad I found them 3 years ago and till now it's of the best of all my suppliers. Lovely people, great atmosphere, excellent manufacturing process, super result. Doors and cabinets always in time and done very well.

I went to this business because they had such great reviews, but I'm not satisfied with their business ettiquette. Overall the product quality was average. I ordered doors for a bathroom vanity and they gave me one price. when I spoke to them again and told them I needed handles and hinges as well, they said they would call me back and no one ever did. I called them many times and the ladies have no idea what's going on and always say they will call me back. When I went to pick up my order not only was the original price more expensive then what they quoted and that wasn't the including handles or hinges....but they also charged me $5 to drill holes for the handles. I went from a quote of $100 to $160 for two doors.
