The worst customer service I have encountered, Larry Road and even though I had a receipt, they still would not return my product within the timeframe. I don’t recommend it at all.
They’re very awful to deal with them and they will not return something they said because on sale really are very awful I would not recommend anybody to buy in the store
Worst experience I’ve had at a building supply store. I purchased 9 wood panels from WinCA Building Supplies and returned the very next day with the product completely unused. As I was bringing them into the store, it started to slightly drizzle, and the top two panels got a bit wet. Because of that, they refused to take them back. In the end, they only accepted 7 out of the 9 pieces, made me wait around unnecessarily, and all three employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Not once did anyone try to resolve the situation professionally. The product was less than 24 hours old, unused, and returned in good faith. Their refusal to accept slightly damp material (due to weather) is unreasonable. I will never shop here again and do not recommend this business to anyone.
Large chinese building supplies store that offers everything you need for home renovations and repairs. It's tucked away behind Napa Auto Parts. You'll find drywall, lumber, washroom accessories, flooring, electrical, and plumbing products here. Prices are higher here compared to Zion in Brampton/Markham.
Abosolutely will never spend another DIME in this store. Bought 3 boxes of tile.. one was half ripped open, because the straps were cut (to get a tile out) they refused to accept a return.. sticks me with a single box of tile. Completely useless, oh don't forget the abosolutely RUDE customer service. Won't ever get another dime from my company.
I recently bought a brand new 72” vanity from this company for my bathroom renovation. Upon delivery to my house I realized the marble countertop was cracked in two places. When I went back to the company the next day to get them to replace it the Vietnamese’s store manger told me that they would not be talking it back and it was not their fault she was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will never buy from places like this again Save your self the headache and frustration and go buy your stuff from the big stores like Home Depot or Rona.
Friendly, fast, and professional services. The place has been updated with more varieties, well organized, easy to find materials needed. The cashier has been renovated much prettier than before.
