I sped to this location taking the 407 and it cost me about $30 to get here from Vaughan. Upon arrival, the person that had originally placed the order and I had the quote named Maral messed up my entire order as they did not have the jam that was supposed to be here. Thankfully, Serena and Dustin were able to work and find a solution because I informed them that I came here specifically to purchase these items and I needed it and I had already spent the time and the money to get here. Great sense of humour very good working knowledge of building construction. I would highly recommend Serena and Dustin. As for the Norfinch location I think this person could receive better training because I got lucky this time and it may not have worked out this way. 30 minutes before Iftar and this is the last thing you need on your plate. But overall, I would strongly recommend this supplier.
We normally shop at this supplier but one of our contractors had such an horrendous experience with the lead manager, Stephon. Stephon was condescending, rude and verbally aggressive to one of our contractors who was trying to return a damaged door. Rather than explaining the refund policy to our contractor, Steve verbally attacked our contractor growling that "it's our fault the door is damaged and it's our responsibility to check all materials leaving the warehouse". This is where the sentiment "it's not what you say it's how you say it" is important to note. Our contractor was blown away by the level of anger and aggression towards him from Stephon. This conversation could have went a completely different way if Stephon had simply and politely explained the refund policy. However, his bad attitude and self-righteous approach was so off-putting that we needed to leave a review expressing how as a manager, you set the example for your staff. For the executive team at FlooReno, we would seriously consider addressing this behaviour within your staff. It's off-putting and distasteful.
Would NOT recommend this business at all. The Individual Hussein is highly unprofessional, and unresponsive to customer needs. You are better off taking your flooring needs elsewhere because the quality of the floor is poor, and the installation is done by a subcontractor who hires amateurs with no experience to complete the installation. Within 6 months I saw chips and tares on my floors and when reached out to the store, no appointment for a sight visit was respected and no response. Hussain and this store are scammers and I’m left with completing the repairs myself. Do NOT recommend this business at all.
Very nice place to buy materials for renovation. I also bought the floor here, thanks to Shawna and Colleen help. The project manager Hussein helped arrange the installation. They are the best. Highly recommended!
