I really appreciate the amazing care that Ivan and Alex put into disassembling the pool table I was purchasing. They’ve been doing these jobs for a while and you can clearly see it in how organized they work. They showed up on time, disassembled it in about 45 mins while keeping everything neat and ensuring no damages. They helped me again by transporting it to my unit in their truck, and they helped put it all away nicely. These guys know what they’re doing, very easy to talk to, and I look forward to using their services again in the future. We moved into a new house a couple of months ago, and not long after, we had a flood in our basement. The worst part was discovering our antique over 100 years old billiard table that came with the house had its legs badly damaged and insurance company advised to dispose it at all.. We came across internet and found North Player. Ivan and his team came by for free expertise check and told me they could save it and they did! They managed to restore the original wood, reinforced, repaired the damaged parts and matched existing colour! Now it still has an old charm, it’s levelled back and ready to play again.
