Dynamic Billiards was fantastic! Ordering online was easy, and they scheduled installation within a week. Kyle and Patrick arrived right on time, were professional and friendly, and did an excellent job setting up our 8 ft used pool table. They made sure it was perfectly placed and leveled, explained the table’s parts, and gave tips on care. I also got the table at a great discount price, and it’s in excellent condition—such amazing value for the quality. The table plays beautifully, and the whole process was smooth. I think the service has significantly degraded in the last four years - dealt with someone extremely rude over the phone when requesting a quote for moving a pool table purchased from them. No need to be so grumpy with someone who''s given you $5k and no grief dude.. To reply to your response below....there was no discussion of an additional purchase, let alone a request for discount. We were asked to send our initial bill of sale to get a quote for re-locating our table. When we asked what email address the (very rude toned) reply was "check the website". I wasn't actually going to mention price, but the hilarious part is that we paid $3k for a table and were told it would be $2500 to move it, also sarcastically. Thanks for the help!
I have bought my table from Dynamic Billiard in 2011 and have had them move it a few times since initially purchasing. They are well priced, professional and very responsive. Highly recommend them for sales and service.
