Their rating is already bad, so not sure what to say any further. The ladies at the front don’t greet the staff at all even if you keep roaming around them till they will not bother to look up and ask if the client needs any help. They pretend that they are always working where as they are just dodging the clients. When asked for help the answer they give you is that all the sales reps are busy whenever they’ll get free they will help you. I am not going back at this place anymore. There are tons of other shops where you can buy quality products. This store has too much of arrogance.
Ordered a toilet seat in April and it still has not been sent out to me and it’s now July! Horrible customer service. Empty promises and very slow responses to emails. I do not recommend using this business.
The showroom is large, bright and has an excellent display of kitchen taps, bathroom faucets, tubs, showers and toilets. We are doing a massive renovation of our kitchen and three bathrooms. We came in out-of-the-blue and Diana took the time to go through the entire project with us. She helped us identify items that our designer had selected in the wrong colour, identify missing items and after hours spent time on the phone with Kohler reps to find the best replacement for a discontinued part we needed. Diana went WAY above my expectations to help us get the right selections, and she gave us much better pricing than the other stores we visited before. It's clear that Diana enjoys her job, because she excels at it!
Meet with Diana today because I had a problem with my Vogt shower faucet and she was extremely helpful in getting me all the information so I can got Vogt and get replacement parts . Diana I had a great customer service experience with you !!!! Thank you so much .
Not a great experience. Despite being in the store for a while and there being lots of employees standing around doing nothing, I was never approached or offered help. In the end, I walked out.
Horrible-horrible customer experience! I have visited this store twice and both times I felt like they just don’t want me there. Assistant person at the first time was trying to make me stupid, she was not sure what my plumber requires (I showed her pictures and even called him) and would disagree completely with the very his words. I decided to visit them again few months after to purchase some stuff and again. The assistant did not even wanted to talk with me. He turned away from me (!!) and started talking. He was not interested in me as a customer. I felt so uncomfortable and even offensive by him. I don’t think this should be the way you talk to customers. You will never see me and my family or my friends in your store. I will spread the word.
Incredibly rude staff. I called in to purchase a $1000 sink and the person on the phone acted like I was ridiculous for asking if they could order it. Unreal. No thanks. They carry expensive products and don’t offer the service to match, what’s the point? I’ll order the items online.
