The Mississauga store has great customer service. Don't get me wrong. But beware of items that are on backorder. We ordered a tub early in July with an expected delivery date of early September. We walked into the store mid August to check on the delivery status and were told that there is a global shortage of tubs and that the tub was scheduled to come in end of October...but...that was not guaranteed. If you are on a schedule just beware that they don't guarantee delivery dates.
Recently I purchased a single handle bathroom faucet and two vanities with engineered Marble tops from the Bath Depot.. it was difficult making a selection from the large variety of bathroom vanities on display. I finally picked the vanities that suited my decor. It was modern, stylish and I liked the deep moca colour of the base cabinets. The faucet was comparable in style and value to most other name brands. I felt the price was just right! Compared to the prices at other major hardware stores in the Toronto area. Actually I found the Bath Depot prices to be a bit cheaper on almost all their bathroom products. I believe they manufacture most of the products they sell so the quality of the product is reliable. Store staff like Jessica at the Mississauga location is very knowledgeable and friendly. The only drawback to Bath Depot is that sometimes you may have to wait a few days or weeks for the product to be shipped to the store. Went last night (Jan 28) and they were extremely busy and overworked/ understaffed..dealing with customers shopping and pickups. I forget the womans name who helped me but despite being overwhelmed she remained calm and extremely pleasant to deal with. She made my purchase easy and gave me various pickup options to ensure it was as convenient as possible for me. Thank you!
