Had my driver side window broken into. Was able to contact them on a weekend and was able to come the next day to my house despite delay in receiving window, had sent someone in evening. A few days later window wasn't closing well on automatic setting, I texted them and they sent someone the same day. Issue was resolved. Very pleasant workers and excellent service.

Sam confirmed a time that a team would arrive at my home to complete the work, which was within 48 hours of our initial contact. Two men arrived right on time, and had an efficient process to complete the windshield replacement. We discussed payment options (out-of-pocket vs. insurance). Once we confirmed our insurance deductible, Raptors Autoglass dealt with the insurance company and we ended up paying almost half of the price originally quoted for the new windshield. My experience with Sam and the Raptors Autoglass team was excellent.

I called this place to ask for help with my passenger window that’s stuck. The person who answered was extremely rude and didn’t even let me explain the issue properly—he just hung up on me. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I was just trying to get help, and this is not how you treat potential customers.
I needed a chip in my windshield sealed ASAP. Everyone else I call said they could do it the next day. Raptors answered right away and were available last minute. Literally took them 5mins to fix.
