This shop has the worst costumer service. I called them a week ago and ask if they have my windshield and they said yes. I went there from Toronto and that person said we don’t have it. Improve please.
Typically I don't have time to comment on my experiences through a review due to my limited time being self employed however my experience today must be brought to the public's attention for those who are seeking quality with value which is very rare in our society today due to corporate greed. Anna and the staff at AMCO Auto Glass were very efficient and respectful of my time. My windshield was ordered immediately over the phone and installed within 2 hrs of my call and best of all they saved me $465 after taxes quoted by Speedy Auto Glass in my neighbourhood of Etobicoke who couldn't even accommodate me for 4 days. This was a blessing or else I would have paid the higher premium for convenience and wouldn't have surfed the Internet for other auto glass repair/replacement shops. As a parent with 2 kids in University every dollar counts-thank you so much Amco for the great savings and most of all your quality of work! I will definitely recommend my family and friends to your establishment!

Replaced our vehicle's rear glass within two hours of it breaking. Akey drove to the warehouse himself to pick up the part since the warehouse had stopped delivering for the day. All while a snowstorm was going on, and they even stayed past closing (on a Saturday) to get the job done for us. And the price was much better than one of the big name competitor's. This is the model of excellent customer service - they went above and beyond. I wish all consumer businesses were run even a little bit like this. Thank you so much to the Amco team!
