I use HiBid to bid on vintage audio. I won a bid at TNT. I also use virtual credit cards to protect myself. HiBid doesn't work correctly with virtual cards. So almost every time when I win, the credit card gets declined. I call and pay over the phone and we're good. TNT sent me an email on how to contact them, which I did. But they never got back to me. I've tried many times and cannot leave voice mail. Never returned email. And then after a week, they say I'm never allowed to bid again for non payment, and with HiBid, that affects me with other vendors. Very Very disappointed with TNT. Would not suggest taking the chance with them. I will add that after writing this review, I googled TNT and it would appear I’m not the first with this experience with TNT. Others reported with the exact same experience.
The accuracy and legitimacy of some of the negative reviews are very questionable especially when you do business with TNT, a couple upset people go on line and express their emotions not realizing how it impacts business. try the business out yourself but before you do recognize that in auctions / bidding read the description because if youre not thorough you'll get something you didn't expect and it's your fault, TNT is consistent and thorough
Made a purchase with them back in1-28-25 the package was sent back due to wrong address a ive cotacted them multiple time try to find out where my package is at or when it will ship and nothing but the same excuse check out the link or it stuck i customs . To my knowledge they have had the package since 2-27-25 and still haven't got nothing good luck to anyone making any purchase with them . My experience with them so far has been one of the worst i have had dealing with and auction site
It takes for ever to reply , don't even have a phone number on file . They “send” my items over to the shipping department and it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t hear from any of them . Very unsatisfied with their services
I have bought a few watches from TNT auction recently,, a vintage Rolex Datejust also a Cartier Roadster very happy and satisfied with my purchase the office stuff very polite and good communication , fast shipping, will do more business with TNT in future
T - THIEVISH N - NEGLIGENT T - THRIFT STORE As a Consignor and a Buyer, TNT AUCTIONS has very quickly made me realize for a specialized establishment, they lack the business and leadership skills to run a Auction House. There is no accountability, descriptions of items are misspelt and sometimes completely wrong, detailed information is nonexistent leaving the Buyer to wonder and the Consignor dumbfounded, poor picture taking and no respect for the Consignors and/or Buyers. As an organization you would think by doing their jobs,it's suppose to reduce the risks and inform and protect the Consignors and Buyers.......they don't.
They will purposely leave out important info and will only take photos of the good sides so that you think the items are in good condition. These are scammers!
