The building itself is nice and quiet, and I appreciate that some of the management team are more attentive than others. However, I was disappointed to move in and find that several of the agreements made prior to renting were not fulfilled. In addition, some of the amenities were not installed at the time of move-in and took about three weeks to be completed. Overall, the experience of dealing with management as a potential tenant felt quite different compared to being an actual tenant, which, along with other issues, was very disappointing. That said, I would like to give a special shout-out to Cristina and Sanaa, who have been very attentive and helpful.
Just wanted to say that the management of this building went above and beyond in helping me durring a medical emergency. And Shanti and Fazil the managers have been great to deal with on all my other interactions with them over the last 10 years.
