I highly recommend Park property management and particularly Danica. Just a really decent human being who truly hears you and does everything she can to help you find what you need. I am moving from a Mississauga property run by Park property to Burlington and she just made the whole transition so easy and even help me find my Moving Company I’ve had some very negative connections with leasing agents and property Management companies while I’ve been hunting for my new home and if you’re in the same situation, I’d highly recommend you connect with her. I moved to this location because of the reviews and can confirm that this is a really really good place to live If you can get in, don’t hesitate The building is kept immaculate, and the staff treat you like you are family Across the street you have a library fitness centre and swimming pool beside a beautiful lake that has fitness trails everywhere On the other side of the building is an outdoor plaza with groceries and drugstore, and every every single thing Highly recommend ! It's really nice and great apartment at 2797 Battleford. Staff is very friendly and helping. Specially Danica and Thomasina they immediately helps on any issues and very fast in action. Thanks again.
Location is nice though, If you get road side it's too noisy. Don't have central a/c. If you use given 100 yr old a/c,your hydro bill will be skyrocket. Even if you don't use a/c,your monthly bill will be a crazy amount. Every other week they have water shutdown issue and that too for whole day. When you leave and discontinue lease, somehow they convince you and charge 100 for cleaning fees. I'd recommend do not clean at all coz either way you'll be paying. Underground parking has something dropping off from ceiling which stick to your car and won't come out at all. You will be ended up getting white spot on your mirror clean vehicle. Find other location.
