We have been living here at Meadowvale Gardens for the last 6 years and really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great place for families. Overall, they have excellent facilities including ample outside and underground parking. I would like to take this opportunity to give a big kudo and thanks to Meadowvale Gardens’ office staff especially Maryna, Maribel, Niyati and Fred. They have always been super friendly and cooperative whenever we had a question. The maintenance team led by Dennis have always been diligent in coming and promptly fixing any issues we came across. Dennis knows this property inside out and is always very approachable and personable person. I would highly recommend Meadowvale Gardens to anyone looking for a nice, affordable residence.

We had a leak in 1 of our sinks in the apartment. Within the hour of putting in a work order James, Errol, Baghii we’re here found out what parts were needed and immediately fixed the problem! We are very grateful for the quick friendly responsible service. Thank you
It’s sad to hear that staff like Cruz are leaving the Morguard team. In my experience, Cruz was always willing to help whenever maintenance or emergency support was needed. He made sure to call or message—especially knowing I had just had a baby—and always completed his work professionally and efficiently.
