First impression good, lots of products. Spoke with sales and was quoted a price which I was happy with. Picked up the product when the agreed time instructed. Called sales once arrived and sales was shocked that invoicing didn't call me. Sales instructed me to go the back of the buildings office. They told me to go to the front of the building and call sales. Called sales again and said someone would be there shortly to have you pay. Waited 20 minutes until someone showed up and proceeded to tell me there is a 2 percent surcharge for any visa transactions. I was frustrated with the transaction process and the surprised fee. Sales needs more training on communication and organizing. I would have brought cash to save the 2 percent, which was a lot due to the large transaction being placed. I was going to speak to the manager about this event, but I feel this should be publicly known to bring cash to save yourself 2 percent.
