I unfortunately bought my laminate flooring from another retailer. Getting the final trim pieces was turning into a headache, wandered into the Mississauga location and was pleasantly surprised. EJ did a great job and I had the pieces I needed in minutes. Truly a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommended - I will only buy from them in future.
Old lady at front desk and people in warehouse are rude, lazy and incompetent. Hope not ever to have to deal with their ‘service’ department. What an embarrassment to have people like this represent your company. A stain on a very nice purchase.

I am stuck until Jan 2nd for the basement floor my contractor got short one box to finish the flooring but warehouse closed and other business are open as usual. I don’t know why is close on Friday.
Unreliable supplier. I'm an end customer who ordered the Aqua product in early May and was told it was available and put an order in for it. It was confirmed by the supplier that they had it "in stock" and a few weeks later said it was out of stock and I had to wait until end of July which really sucks as this was suppose to be coordinated to arrive as I take possession of a new house towards the end of June. New stock is coming and is on a ship from China ... who knows how long that will take. Extremely Extremely disappointed!
