I visited JC Valleys for the first time today and had the absolute best massage from Nana. She took the time to properly assess my concerns and gave me the best massage I've add in a very long time! She also incorporated some much-needed and long overdue stretches into my session. I felt so refreshed and renewed after my 60-min massage with Nana!
Jessica is the absolute best RMT I have ever had. I love massages, and I have had many all over the world and I must say Jessica has topped them all. She knows the knots or tension you might have without even telling her where they are. You leave feeling fresh and invigorated. For the past few months I have been so sore and sluggish from weight training and the gym - one visit from her office and Im immediately feeling like a new person. Highly recommend her!! ?

Had an excellent experience at JC Valleys Wellness Clinic. Needed a somewhat urgent and targeted massage. Jessica is very knowledgeable and addressed the pain points. Also got some stretching homework to improve my recovery outcome.
Jessica is honestly the best RMT in town. She knows all the nerves and arteries so well. She can literally heal you. Always go for at least an hour session. Never rush if you want a good proper treatment.

Highly recommend. Jessica is very professional, skillful and kind. During my two visits so far, I had deep tissue massage and whole body massage - both being exceptionally great experience. The receptionist follows up with me on my appointment when I cannot reach them and leave a voicemail.
