As the groom, I can honestly say my experience with Diya Decor was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We were promised a smooth setup for our wedding day, but what we got was the opposite. Both our ceremony and reception had to be delayed, causing unnecessary stress on what should have been a joyful day. It was heartbreaking to see my bride in tears as she realized that key decor elements we paid for, like centerpieces, florals, and aisle stands, were missing. Ricky, instead of taking responsibility, kept blaming everyone else, adding to the stress. The walkway was also set up incorrectly. For the money we spent, this service was beyond disappointing, and seeing my bride upset on our wedding day was something no groom should have to experience. I wouldn't recommend Diya Decor.
