We hire Ephotostudio (Jonathan) for our wedding on November 27, 2021 with agreement videographer and photographer. Jonathan only send me the photographs but not the video. I sent him email on January 18 2022 but no response. March 13 2022, I sent email to Jonathan but no response till today. I try to call but no one responded. I just feel upset and don’t know what to do

We Hired ePhoto Studio to run a photobooth at our wedding last week, and couldn't be happier. The booth was a big hit with both adults and kids alike, which was awesome, because kids can be hard to entertain at these events Pros -Very competitive pricing (we were worried about booking a less expensive booth at first, but in the end were very happy with the result) -Excellent customer service. Jonathan responded to all of our messages promptly both before and after the wedding, he was also the full time booth attendant on wedding night, and was pleasant and professional. -Low stress service. What do I mean by this? On wedding night, the photobooth arrived on time, was set up, started shooting, stayed until nobody wanted pictures anymore, and then packed up. We didn't have to do anything. -Popular with guests. We hired the booth for 2 hours, and I think it ended up staying for 3.5 because there was always people in line Cons -Honestly not much to say here. Perhaps the only flaw was the timer between photos was a tad too long. This is such a small thing I wouldn't even think of removing stars for it. Summary Overall a great experience with Jonathan and ePhoto Studio. I don't think you'll find anything out there with such great value for money. Kept guests entertained, and it helped keep our photographer free to take the shots she wanted to that night. Overall very happy, and would recommend to anyone.
We hired EPhotoStudio (Jonathan) to photograph and videograph our wedding day, based on his portfolio on VIMEO, website and pricing. He invited us to his studio to further examine his work, and we knew he would be the right person for the job. Not only was his price reasonable, he talked about capturing our vision. On our wedding day, Jonathan and his team knew exactly light, stills, modelings, and stolen shots to take. He is supremely talented. We received our video and pictures and they are absolutely beautiful. We cant wait for our wedding album and reliving the day with our family again and again. Lea and I are very thankful, and would highly recommend him and his team to capture your special moment!
