I have Asian hair and I don't come very often but after years of going to different locations, Jessa is my go to girl here. And this will be forever. She makes the entire experience so seamless, she's knowledgeable and she's been able to maximize my time and experience in every way. And she genuinely cares about the service and support she provides. Absolutely amazing ❤️

I wouldn’t go to this location, or any for that matter. The staff member did not remember my service and continued to make rude comments about how she didn’t pay attention to things while waxing me, they also wouldn’t redeem my birthday credit at the front desk, given I was a few weeks off. Seems unfair to deny a credit when it’s the perk of being a monthly member and in the past, it was honoured. I find the staff members absent minded and rude, and after a few years of paying monthly I’ve gladly cancelled.
Honestly, the reception wasn't very pleasant or helpful.... She's was actually pretty miserable. I understand not having good days at work...but you need to put on a smile and be welcoming to your customers. My waxing was almost extremely rushed. Very little care was taken. I would not recommend this locations
I used to go to the oakville location but moved during the pandemic and was so glad to see this location was close to home. Victoria at the front desk was super friendly and professional. I got my waxing done with Stephanie as a friend of mine had recommended her. She did a wonderful job, she was gentle and kind when it was painful. And helped me breathe through the pain. She didn't rush even though it was a busy day for her. Overall, the location did a wonderful job for my first time being there. P.s. remember to tip ladies! They work hard to keep us looking our best.
Great waxing bar. Most of the girls that work here are super friendly & get the job done! They have a three hour cancellation time, which is great. Definitely recommended.
