UPDATE June 17- unfortunately our Kimchi had crossed the rainbow bridge today. I cannot thank this team enough for providing the teeth filing. I'm glad to say that he was able to get some of his favourite fruits and veggies in before his time was up. So glad that there's an exotic vet close to home. Dr.Saldhana and his team are very professional and patient. Caring for animals is not an easy job at all. It was my first time bringing in my Guinea pig after noticing he wasn't eating very well. The doc was thorough in his explanations and even provided a drawing to describe the teeth issues my piggy had. He was very direct and forward with his opinion, which I appreciated very much. My piggy is doing ok so far after coming off the anesthesia. I'm keeping a close eye on him in a smaller box so he can sit by the sunshine in our living room. He's doing regular piggy things like knocking his food bowl over as I type this review. Thank you Dr.Saldhana and John for looking after Kimchi!
I lost my budgie today after spending 700$ i dont recommend this place .the wrost place for getting treatment done . They dont take you with them while doing any treatment and i m not sure what they did with my bird . She died within hours . I hope she will goona have justice by god ..
Bad experience and I do not recommend this clinic. I do not know how you say that the prices are reasonable and I found them to be exaggerated. I was completely deceived. The vet made a bird collar that was very poor. He used x-ray paper to make it and it cost me $100. I don't know why. When I got home, I took it off because it looked very bad. When I asked him why he charged me such an exorbitant price, he said, "I made it for you and this is for my skill." Is that acceptable? It's on Amazon for $6 and is better than the one he made.
Very thankful ! My poor senior guinea pig Kanna had a mass appear under her eye suddenly and scared me to death! I tried calling everywhere but with no luck (earliest would be in a few days everyone said) however creditview animal & bird hospital answerd quickly and got me an appointment the very next day ! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I really liked the doctor! He was knowledgeable and wasn't pushy like some other places I've been to that just try to scare you and try to empty your wallet! He took the time to examine my piggie thoroughly to make sure their wasn't any underlying issues we may have missed (which we did) Im forever grateful for him completely explaining everything to make it easy to understand and gave advice on how to proceed. Also the pricing is amazing, I was actually shocked how little I paid! Will be coming back in the future for any vet needs in terms of exotic animals!
Amazing! From the moment you walk in the door you feel valued and you know that the staff cares about your pet. Dr.Kevin is amazing and even though I have had dogs before he taught me even more. Some may think the prices are high but you honestly get what you pay for. I'm thrilled that we chose Creditview Animal Hospital. I know Bingo will always be in good hands.
Can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Creditview. Dr. Kevin was knowledgeable, caring, and very accommodating at helping our pet Toby. He fielded many evening phone calls on his own time, helped us get and emergency appointment, and set up our animal for a speedy recovery. Very appreciative, and would highly recommend.
I don't like to say bad things about anyone but I think criticism can be helpful sometimes, especially if it's taken into consideration. We brought our Cockatiel to this clinic because we were concerned about her droppings. They were not normal. Although the staff and the doctor were nice and pleasant, but the doctor did not suggest any testing at all. He did the basic checkup and said that everything is OK, but I know my bird and nothing was OK. So we had to take her to another vet, and she found bacteria in her dropping during her regular checkup. Another sample was sent to the lab, and the true results will be here tomorrow. I want to ask the Vet at this clinic to please always do the necessary testing to be sure before you tell your patients that everything is OK. My bird is on antibiotics for now. I hope there is nothing else wrong with her. Doctors are the professionals. They're the knowledgeable ones. They're supposed to take the necessary steps, and based on the results, give recommendations. And only then, they can, for sure say that everything is OK. Thank you!
