I don’t write reviews very often, but it’s time I gave Bloor West Auto the credit they’ve earned. I’ve been coming here for the past five years (at least) and they’ve consistently been great to deal with; professional, efficient, straightforward, accommodating, and at a reasonable/fair price. Most recently, I needed new rear tires ordered and installed, and I reached out in November (which anyone in this industry knows is absolute peak season with winter tire swaps and tune-ups). On top of that, we had a snowstorm coming and I was heading to Michigan for a 4-day basketball tournament, so timing mattered. Even with the shop busy and the phones ringing nonstop, Sarah managed everything smoothly and somehow squeezed me in just two days later, including sourcing the tires, which wasn’t easy. The day I dropped the car off, I told Sarah I was flexible on pickup because I knew how packed they were. To my surprise, she called around noon to say the car was ready. Sarah is fairly new with Bloor West, but she’s been a pleasure to work with: friendly, easy to deal with, and always welcoming with a smile. I needed to give her a shoutout. Highly recommend Bloor West Auto. They run a solid operation, and Sarah is a great front-line service advisor who makes the whole process painless. And of course, the Marc is always around to help with any special technical requirements that may arise that only a few with a lot of industry experience can handle. If you’re looking for knowledge, great service, and fair pricing for you auto servicing needs, this is the place to go.
I came in after being told by the dealership that the rattling noise I was hearing was normal and I was imagining things. Mark knew right away the sound I was hearing was not normal. Really quickly he found the source of the issue and told me to go back to the dealership and claim it under warranty. He went even further by sending me a video and report. The video and report is the only reason the dealership acknowledged there was an issue and honored my warranty. Really great service and grateful to the team for their honest approach to business.

Prices are fair. Service is great. Staff are always professional and informative. Bottom line is that I have been scammed at other places and I really trust EuroMechanic to take care of me and my car.
This was my 3rd or 4th visit and my 2nd for my '23 Audi Allroad. Always great service and competitive pricing. Mark is great and Murray took the time to explain some after service questions. I'll definitely be back!

I have been a loyal Megawheelz Tirecraft customer for almost two decades and have purchased tires and wheels for a number of Audis (RS6, TTS, and now an R8 Spyder) and a 2009 and my current 2014 MB C63 507. Param and Nav Johl have always been incredible in terms of service and finding me the best wheels and tires. Under new ownership, the shop has not changed. My friend Nav is still there and he and Marc has been delivering consistent quality. This is a total quality shop with people who want to make absolutely certain you have the right wheel and tire. Was there last week for a winter change over and all good! Always impressed...
