After starting a new WFH job, my IKEA chair just wasn’t cutting it anymore for me, so I looked into getting a new ergonomic chair for my home office. For me, it’s difficult to find a chair that fits comfortably because of my short height (my feet tend to dangle) but Deep was very helpful in finding me a chair that was fully adjustable and provided good support for long hours. He gave recommendations within my budget, demonstrated how to adjust each one, and was very patient while I sat and tried every chair lol. Ended up with a very nice ergocentric chair for like 1/4 of the retail price. Very happy!!
I called them 8 times over a period of 5 weeks to get a quote on shipping a chair to my location, every time they said they will give me the quote soon and get back to me, but they never got back to me. Very irresponsible, seems they don't care about their customers at all.
