Very disappointed with the unprofessional parking practices. Company employees vehicles were parked on the road and in an improper manner, blocking visibility for other drivers and creating a safety hazard, especially in winter conditions.

Service is soo bad. I missed my shipment so i told them i’ll pickup myself. And then i went to the office they did paper work and then asked me to wait between the two buildings and then i waited for over 40min no body showed so i called they ask me to wait and then never came back. Then went inside the storage facility and ask a guy over there who asked a forklift guy to help me. Very very bad experiance.
I'm on the phone with the second person today from this company - they are so rude on the phone - so condescending and no respect - I thought it was one person having a bad day but seems to be the overall energy - this is specifically the customer service and accounting people - be kind
To be precise to clear that 5 star just because of Jas and Shawn two people only. Because they gave me undefinable support. But with Company behaviour and policy I will not give even 1 start. Finance department and management is highly unprofessional and rude. So I recommend that if you will see Jas and Shawn than only go with this company otherwise go for better option.
I stood for over half an hour in the dispatch office to pick up one skid from them. They sat there talking to their buddies that drive for them in Punjabi. Looking and laughing at me. I left, not intimidated but, severely agitated. Ignorant and rude. I refuse to ever go back or haul their garbage freight anywhere.
Still waiting for over one hour almost 2 hours to pick up a package!!! What a horrible horrible place!!!! Clearly the company is disorganized. But they do have some amazing truck drivers that passed by to help and crack jokes and stuff. But over 1 hour to pick up a package?!!!! Noooooooo, not worth it. I'm still waiting...it was until one of the truck drivers I was talking to went inside himself after he saw that I've been waiting for a very long time. He came back with someone who's finally going to help bring my load. Ridiculous. Almost 2 hoursssss....still waiting eh
