I’ve had the pleasure of business with this office team, and I must say they are truly impressive. The entire team is highly professional, always supportive, and very approachable. Their easy-going nature makes collaboration smooth and stress-free, while their professionalism ensures that everything is handled with efficiency and care. It’s rare to find a group that combines expertise with such a positive attitude, and they do it effortlessly.
The staff at this Enterprise trucks were exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional. World class client care! I would definitely rent from this location again (Millcreek, Mississauga). Keep up the great work!
It was my first time renting a truck here. Customer service was incredible, Transactions were smooth and I’ll definitely will be back for more business.
I rented a truck from this location last weekend, I dealt with Omar. Omar's professionalism, accuracy and customer service was amazing. I was offered some amazing vehicles but it ultimately came down too what I was comfortable driving. Omar took his time to make sure my satisfaction was to the highest degree and although the truck I chose was not ready (meaning it was not cleaned or sanitized yet), Omar moved mountains to get the truck ready (cleaned and sanitized). I cannot thank Omar enough for the amazing customer service and amazing vehicle.
1. We were into monthly and literally yearly rentals with them. For reasons that we can't explain, they had a system of multiple authorizations deposit taken thru the month. Despite those not (usually) been charged at the end of the month, they still go against the card limit in the meantime, which in our case it was a bit impractical since this credit card was loaded and paid every week. So we requested in December-January 2020 that a full payment ahead to be taken, this was acknowledged by the manager at the time who insisted to do business via text (we still have those texts). So a full payment ahead was taken. After many months without problems, the pesky authorizations made a come back. We complained that the random authorizations had resumed despite having a full payment ahead. Despite complaints, this payment was never credited nor refunded and again they denied it was ever taken to beginning with despite showing clearly on our card statement. After months of complaints, a genius manager named Ben, went on and charged an entire additional payment ahead again in Dec 2021. Once we realized this, we called Ben asking why a second additional payment was taken and he replied "I thought this is what you asking all along" which we never did. We only wanted our money back perhaps credited (See 2.) for the first payment taken ahead. But WAIT way this gets better... We finally ended receiving the trucks we acquired a few months before so we returned the last rented truck. To only be declined a refund again on the full payment taken ahead in December 2021. Despite having show those fools that the 2nd payment was not an authorization but a debited payment, they declined refunding or crediting the amounts. 2. Incident in August 2021at some point in the summer of 2021, they provided us with a Silverado 2021 with, by far, the worst tires we ever experienced a vehicle equipped with. Imagine driving during a rainfall and feeling the vehicle behaving like it's on black ice. We made several request before this incident to get a new truck. They were flat out denied. Sure enough on a rainy day while driving toward an intersection where a Jeep was stopped, the wheels locked and the truck slid and we rear ended it (ABS never kicked in). So this resulted in the centre on the hood area been damaged. The main contact area was actually the Jeep spare tire and a small dent on the bumper caused by the Jeep hitch. The were no damages to the headlights and the lights brackets were still intact. The truck has recessed lights to begin with, so anyone not aware of this looked at the damaged hood and the recessed lights would have thought they were damaged but in fact the light were perfectly in place and the brackets were intact. Guess what :) they charged us for almost $3500 of headlights replacement. They sent us a semi-complete photo report that had pictures of every part changed but those lights, of course ;) Before all that fun, we decided to not claim our insurances and paid the bill instead. Our estimation would have been around $5000.00 which was pretty bang on if they didn't charged the lights and all kind of fees like some random devaluation, etc. The first damage 10 invoices sent (yes they emailed and mailed us about 10 invoices in 2 months) those invoices sent did not included a $500.00 charge that was debited off our card when we returned the damaged truck. 3 months after the incident this was corrected, impressive eh? Now let's go back to point 1. above - for the last couple months we asked that the additional payment taken to be refund, our demand changed after the incident to simply deducted from the damages invoice. This turned into 2 payments owed in December 2021. Oh, and a few weeks ago we received collection letter with + $1200.00 in interests. 3. The trucks condition - many occasions the truck were just plain dangerous. The last truck they gave us had no parking lights (see picture of the light we had to "MacGyver" to operate safely at night). We drove back many times before and offered worst trucks so we gave up.
