I really don’t know where to begin. I purchased a new vehicle from another dealership in 2021 and due to their lack of responsiveness I was introduced to Humberview . From the day I set foot in the Service area, I was welcomed by friendly smiles and competent advisors. Recently, I had some warranty work done on my vehicle and they went over and above. my final thought is, it was closing time on a Friday and one of the advisors actually stayed past closing just to ensure I got my work vehicle back so that I could work on the weekend. This type of service and compassion you just don’t find from people anymore let alone big dealerships. Thank you humberview staff you have a customer for life !
They do solid work and customer service is great. Their just really bad with time management and scheduling. 1 day turns into 3 and then your company is out of money (productivity). They need another manager running things over there.

My company recently purchased our second delivery truck from the Queensway/427 location in Toronto, and I must report that the experience has been disappointing and financially costly. The Truck, a GMC with a Cat engine has been in and out of the repair shop six times in the last two months. The purchase price was 30 000.00 plus taxes. After two months the real cost with all the repairs has been over $40 000.00. The way the sales team handle a sale after you pay them is as follows. Firstly, they send the truck out for certification inspection at their affiliate repair center. The repairman in my case came back with three pages of things that needed repairing or replacing. They send this list and the costs back to the sales department. The sales department will only lay out funds for basic certification, leaving all those other known problems back to the purchaser. DO NOT TRUST THE SALES MANAGER, he will say anything to close the sale leaving you out of pocket and with a defective product.
We had an excellent experience with Humberview Trucks. They managed the installation of a rear camera and sensor and graphics, by third party suppliers. The service was excellent from start to finish - both responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.
I have purchased 2 trucks from Humberview and you would think I would receive at least standard service from them for my loyalty. However; they are more interested in turning a buck them actually helping their clients. I stopped taking my trucks their after the warranties expired due to the cost and quality of their service. The usual dealer experience, large bills very little work and lots of excuses and fancy long invoices trying to justify their rates. Unfortunately one of my trucks was having transmission issues. I took it back to the dealer in hope that they could find the problem using their specialized equipment and certified technicians (LOL) They had it for over two weeks and charged my over $900 to tell me that I needed to spend over $10 000 to fix the transmission. I took it my current mechanic and fortunately they were able to locate the problem within the hour and for under $400 they had it fixed and my truck back on the road. I followed up with the dealer and they insisted that they had not made any mistakes and would have been very comfortable with charging me over 10 000 to fix a $400 problem. I would not recommend them or use them ever again. I would never buy another truck from GMC either. I am shocked that this old school attitude towards vehicle owners continues to exist. How much tax payer money do they need to get it right.
