The service they provide through Airport Limo is outstanding. Super drivers, always on time, route checked, live traffic information, Wi-fi in cars, trustworthy and discrete. And the champagne was crisp and cold !?
The driver was waiting for us even after a delay, the limo was stunning, clean and new and our driver was absolutely lovely, a perfect gentleman helping us with all our luggage!
If I could give this company no stars I would. The whole airport is off limits to Uber and companies such Beck Taxi. And yet, this company - you need to wait 5 min's to speak to a person, in addition you can't pre-pay for rides. In my case my mother came from a 25 hour international flight and I am at work trying to pre-pay via the phone. Mind you they have an app that is slow, terrible and lagging - doesn't accept Paypal and its says it takes credit card, however when you check out the doesn't allow that options either. Please hire the same company that did Beck taxi's app so you can get with the program. As far I am concerned I am making a complaint with the airport and letting them know the inflexibility that these so called limo/service offer. If you want to have exclusivity for the entire aiport (other companies included) offer an app and a service that matches to be in line with current trends and needs of the customer. -__-
I was desperate for good price rate to the airport and was late to book in advance. then i went on yelp and found this service. i called and was able to get through straight away online.. booked it. driver showed up in less then an hour and was ok to wait too. they saved our flight, happy with their service.
I never knew that a ride could offer so much until i had an experience with airport limo taixs.I have tried so many services but they did not live upto what they boasted. now im their regular client since past many years.I must say that they maintain high standards of the services they provide.The vehicles are impressive,spotless and the drivers are extremely professional yet cordial.My utmost concern is that i am extremely concious about time delays and yes this is one serivce where the driver is actually waiting for me rather than the other way around.I would rate their services as excellent and would recommend it to anyone who like me just cannot compromise on quality,and yes thankyou for making travelling into a great experience.
