Took my deposit on a trailer on the way in, was told a few weeks. a month later there's been zero communication until they try to license the trailer. No down-payment, no financing setup and no communication. And the deposit is non-refundable because of some fine print BS.
Worst quality trailer ,my 2020 53' trailer airbag is shrinked after sit in dock.This caused forklift guys complain due to lower traler floor. Even broke my trailer ceiling ever. But in this store I was told that it is normal situation . Also I have to pay main air valve only used 2 years from manufacturing. They said only warranty for 1st hand buyer.RIDICULOUS!!!
One day ago they confirmed that they have floor wood for us, we started our trailer work. When we called them next day they told us they are out from stock. We shouldn’t trust them.Their parts guys are unprofessional.
Whenever you go there always there salesperson say no availability’s but some of there salesperson passing new trailers to private dealers to promote black market to sell expensive.
Purchased a travel trailer here about 25 days ago. Staff were amazingly patient and helpful. We love our trailer and cant wait to travel the country with our little ones!
Just purchased a new 4X6 enclosed trailer. The service from the pre-sales, to the pickup was excellent. When I arrived to pick up the trailer, the licence plate was ready, the service center had the trailer ready and all my questions were answered professionally. I was given a walk around the trailer for an inspection which allowed me time to ask even more questions about the warranty and the actual trailer. I was treated with respect, the company was well organized, and the atmosphere was friendly. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a trailer to give Action Trailer a call.
