Not a big store but lots of inventory. The staff (didn't get their names, younger girl and guy) were both very friendly and helpful. I had phoned in a couple times today as well to ask questions and whomever a swerved each time we're equally helpful, very polite. Would definitely recommend.
I have made several purchases here and they have always been amazing, but my last experience truly stood out. I was having a hard time finding a sold-out figure, and they went above and beyond to track one down for me. You do not see that kind of dedication very often. I highly recommend them!
Was at the stand at fan expo yesterday and didnt get the chance to leave a review because I hav limited data at the moment. They were very kind and accommodating, and had a great selection of collectables. Definitely chect them out if your in the hobbyists market.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my husband and I had at the Erin Mills location. My husband, who has a disability and is unable to read, purchased over $380 worth of Pokémon cards. At no point did the cashier notify him that there was a no return policy. When I returned to the store on his behalf to request a refund, the staff simply pointed to a sign on the wall. That’s not acceptable when the customer has a disability that prevents them from reading. What’s worse is that the manager refused to speak with me and offered no help at all. This is not just bad customer service — it’s discriminatory and completely lacking in accessibility or empathy. We’re not asking for anything unreasonable — just a refund for unopened items that were purchased without being properly informed of store policy. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Businesses should do better when it comes to accommodating people with disabilities.

Went to purchase some Funko figurines the worker there was nice enough to check the inventory of their other stores. One was in the Hamilton location and a hold was placed on that item for me. When I went there, the item was there, the workers were nice and all was good!
Had such a great experience today. The shop has a great selection. I was able to find a Labubu today which has been sooo hard to find! Belinda was so polite and helpful. Will definitely shop here again.
