Bike breaks down. I call them and they want me to send pictures along with pickup and drop off. Seriously a sports bike is a sports bike. Either you can tow it or not

Such a horrifying experience with this company. No sense of professionalism and a very poor level of care. Can’t believe they’re still surviving. Please do yourself a favour and do not go here.
DO NOT RECOMMEND, they hide additional fees and don’t tell you upfront. They withheld certain information from me and refused to release my car back to me. I requested an invoice for insurance purposes, they gave me a hard time and refused to provide a detailed invoice. I would recommend go somewhere else that is trustworthy and not to trust small companies like this. There’s a reason they are not well known. The tow truck drivers that I dealt with was rude and started yelling at me for no apparent reason.
I have experienced tow truck drivers rushing to done the job. They give you different price over the phone and when arrive price is change. I was surprised when Asad arrived on time. He was not in rush and nicely towed my car. He was so kind and worry for me and my car. He charged exactly the same which I was told on the phone. Trust me if you are stuck and worry that you might get robbed by tow trucks. You just call cheap towing Inc. You are in good hands. Ask for Asad or anyone who comes you will definitely have same satisfaction. Asad keep it up you are good face for your towing industry.
Assad was courteous, professional and accommodating. The service was the best part of a bad day. Affordable, quick service with detailed communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow or roadside assistance. Dealing with people who are experiencing negative challenges is tough, but having a friendly, professional, clean driver and truck really help improve the moment, especially when the pricing is better than other companies. The truck is like a limousine inside, and Assad listens instead of talking. He offered advice when requested but pushed nothing. In my 50+ years, this was my best towing/roadside assistance experience ever. Will highly recommend to online users and daily friends.
