Hello, I tried calling Kataria Travel regarding OCI card information. I live in Pickering, and I just wanted to know how to attach my marriage certificate that was issued in the UAE. The lady on the call told me to come to Mississauga, but when I asked for basic information, she disconnected the call. If your office cannot provide proper information about OCI or other services, then why do you promote your office on the radio? It is very disappointing when calls are not answered properly.
