Had a fantastic experience with this company. Lyn and Alicia worked with me promptly and had my order shipped and delivered to me within 1 day! Thank you to the warehouse staff as well! I used to send my equipment for repairs to my other supplier but would take weeks to return a repaired tool… Now I call Original power tool and they supply me with the part I need and fix it myself…
Alicia helped me out with a Milwaukee warranty. She was amazing and went out of her way to do a great job. I defiantly recommend Original Power Tools and specifically Alicia for their exemplary customer service. And just for the record, the review about the dirty tag is ridiculous.
Great customer service. Drop my tool and within a hour got a call explaining the issue and the cost to fix. Great part my tool was ready by the end of the day. The owner was working alone in the office but was extremely efficient and pleasant. Thanks
I walked into this establishment earlier today with a problem. My spot welder was not working. Even though they deal exclusively with power tools the technician agreed to take a look. 1 hour later it was working great with a new power cord and fuse. Could not be happier. Highly recommend
